Refund policy
1. Return & Refund Timeframe
Unless otherwise specified for restricted products, all regular items qualify for return, exchange, or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The valid return period is strictly based on the carrier’s official delivery record.
All return requests must be submitted within the 30-day window. Any return request submitted after the deadline or any item returned beyond the valid period will be denied, and we shall have no further after-sales obligations.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return or refund, all returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
1. Products must be brand new, unused, unworn, and free of scratches, stains, damage, or any signs of personal use;
2. All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and included parts must be intact and complete;
3. No damage, contamination, or deterioration caused by improper storage or personal use;
4. Valid order information, delivery proof, and purchase records must be provided;
5. The item is not listed as a non-returnable product in this Policy.
If our warehouse inspection confirms that the returned item is damaged, used, incomplete, or does not meet return standards, we reserve the right to reject the return or refund request. The item will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s sole expense.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
To comply with U.S. health regulations and industry standards, the following categories of items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for personal preference reasons. These items are only eligible for after-sales service if they are defective, damaged, or shipped in error:
1. Personal hygiene products and intimate apparel;
2. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products;
3. Consumables, disposable goods, perishable items, and fragile products;
4. Clearance, discounted, flash sale, or promotional items (unless otherwise stated on the product page);
5. Free gifts, samples, and complimentary accessories;
6. Products damaged by unauthorized modification, disassembly, water damage, or personal misuse.
4. Shipping Fee Responsibility
1. Our Responsibility (Free Return Shipping): If the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with factory quality issues, all return and reshipment shipping fees will be covered by us.
2. Customer Responsibility (Customer-Paid Return Shipping): Returns due to personal preference, including but not limited to dislike, size issues, color difference, or unnecessary purchase, require the customer to bear all return shipping costs. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
3. All tariffs, customs duties, carrier surcharges, and remote area fees shall be borne by the responsible party. The non-responsible party will not be liable for any additional charges.
5. Refund & Exchange Options
Eligible returns may choose one of the following three after-sales solutions:
1. Original Payment Refund: After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, refunds will be processed within3–10 business days via the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, credit card, or other channels). Refund arrival time depends on third-party financial institutions, and we are not responsible for payment processor delays.
2. Equal-Value Exchange: Customers may exchange for products of the same value. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly. If the replacement item is out of stock, the order will be automatically converted to a refund.
3. Store Credit: Customers may choose to receive store credit for the returned amount. Store credit is permanent, valid for all products, and has no minimum spending requirement.
6. Restocking Fee Policy
For electronics, large furniture, precision instruments, and high-value products, a 10%–20% restocking fee (as displayed on the product page) will be charged for preference-based returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory loss costs. Restocking fees will not be applied to defective or error shipments. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this pre-stated rule.
7. Policy for Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
1. If customers receive defective, damaged, malfunctioning, incorrect, or incomplete items, they may submit photos or video proof within 24 hours after delivery. Verified cases qualify for free replacement, full refund, or free exchange without requiring the return of damaged goods (special exceptions apply).
2. For lost packages marked “delivered” by the carrier, customers must provide valid proof of delivery. We will assist in investigating and resolving claims with the logistics provider and will issue a replacement or refund once verified.
8. Refusal of Delivery & Abandoned After-Sales Claims
1. Unreasonable refusal of normal delivery will result in the customer being fully responsible for round-trip shipping losses and product depreciation. We reserve the right to deduct losses or reject the refund request.
2. If a customer fails to cooperate with verification, provide required proof, or confirm a solution within 15 business days after returning an item, the after-sales claim will be deemed abandoned, and no further appeal will be accepted.
9. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection
We strictly prohibit return fraud, fake returns, item substitution, and malicious repeated claims. If fraudulent behavior is confirmed, we will reject the after-sales request, suspend user account access, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and loss compensation under U.S. laws. All evidence will be retained to defend against improper chargeback disputes.
10. Policy Updates & Legal Validity
We reserve the right to revise or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website footer, homepage, or product pages and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the website and continued purchases constitute acceptance of the latest Policy.
All situations not covered by this Policy shall be governed by our Website Terms of Service and applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
